I cannot hope to change the mind of a true-believer. If you truly believe that the planet is in danger from SUVs, then I understand that the only logical conclusion for you is to "do something".

>I can see your concern but to me the risk of not acting is great enough to accept the risks of some unforeseen side effects. Yes there will be mistakes, but if we do not try to address know problems because there could be unknow problems with our solutions we will not survive very long.
