I don't remember everything on the list or what place they were in. Undoubtedly, there will be some bugs that people want on the list that didn't make it. The criteria was, "What's causing people the most pain, that either have no work around or a nasty work around". With no official Fox team, we can expect things with a work around won't get attention.
