Oracle edges out SQL Server in that respect up until now. I suspect SQL7.0 beats out Oracle at this point but I have no hard data. What is the scale of your application?

Depends greatly on the scale of the application. If you're looking at something to be run on NT at the top end, SQL Server 7.0 is your best choise and it's due out RSN. If you're going to be in a heterogenous enterprise environment Oracle is probably th best bet.
