No company will ever do all requests, but it is implied that some will be done. With no developers assigned at MSFT on VFP, it is obvious that NONE will be done. Your interpretation is ridiculous but probably accurate. It is time for MSFT to get sued over the wording so they have to clarify if that is their intent - then it pertains to all products. One day they will in fact pay the price for their own policy/language. No surprise there.
