Microsoft lawyers would say it doesn't imply that at all.

Since when does anything that lawyers get involved with clarify anything?

Lawyers think differently than we do. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/cc163646.aspx

>It doesn't specify 'accept design changes or feature requests.' It implies they will be done by MSFT. Of course they will always be submitted and accepted. No company will ever do all requests, but it is implied that some will be done. With no developers assigned at MSFT on VFP, it is obvious that NONE will be done. Your interpretation is ridiculous but probably accurate. It is time for MSFT to get sued over the wording so they have to clarify if that is their intent - then it pertains to all products. One day they will in fact pay the price for their own policy/language. No surprise there.
