This is still valuable for having Intellisense show your comments on what a method does, or what a class is for.

Plus, there's really cool utility called VSDocman that will create some pretty nice documentation pages, in an MSDN style, based on your /// comments.

It's not free, but there is a free trial. I haven't actually used it, but one of my co-workers in another office showed it to me awhile back.
