Two years? Your facts are ... how did you put it? "Full of holes". I first heard from the man in Oct 2006. He didn't sign an agreement until March 07. He cancelled the project in June 07.

He went with you because I told him not to contact me any more. You contacted him behind my back. He told me so himself. That seems to be your preferred business practice.
