Maybe she can't afford utilities and uses the charcoal for cooking. Granted, the pre-made biscuits are suspect, but if she does not have utilities, then heating those up would be much easier than trying to bake from scratch. Maybe they were on sale two-for-one. Looks like she's buying Romen Noodles. They are pretty cheap. Might be more to the story than one picture implies.
