>I just got InstallShield with my MSDN subscription, but haven't had time to play with it yet. Being a corporate rather than commercial developer presents some different problems in this area, but I'm sure that I'll find uses for it.

FWIW, InstallShield that comes with VC++ is a bear to work with. They
have a really klunky interface to it that's totally non-intuitive (well,
maybe to them) and it's not at all Wizard driven. Everything has
to be done in script code. Most things aren't documented - real drag.
I couldn't get a clear answer out of their people of what additional
features/wizards the full version provides, but at $500+ I'm not sure
I'm interested in the first place...

I've been using InstallShield Express which is nice and easy. Building
installs I don't want to write more code <s>... If I have to do that
I can build my own install. Got that with Borland C++ Builder. It's
simple, but it does 99% of what needs to get done. If I need additional
stuff I have a secondary install program I suppose...
