I'm not sure how it tracks your body fat percentage... but it does.
the foot board tests your muscle balance...
The yoga options employ the Wii Fit Board's weight sensitivity feature.
It appears its great for tracking your improvement in flexibility and balance.
It has downhill skiing, ski jumping, slalom, soccer, boxing
Also, the Wii tracks your movement based on 3 things.
The "balance board" and the 2 game controllers.
For some of the games it tracks your leg movements because you have to put the controllers in your pants pockets. Also, its tracking your feet with the balance board.
It looks like a good intro to Yoga.
I think if they make other games that use both the "Wii foot board" and the Wii Controllers the level of immersion will be amazing...
