No, we use Navstar to find the house and knock the door ...

Something close to that. We would normaly ask before we enter the airplane, but it could be somebody you will met at a camping site put out an invitation like that and is confused if one knocks his door 14 days later just to give a hallo. It's hard to describe rational.

All the expression and the style the american acts gives us the feeling of very close friends. We, on the opposite, might be understand as reserved and cold.
