The civil war, was just that, a war. It wasn't the same as what is happening in these other countries. If you want to use the civil war as an example, you might as well throw the American Revolution in the mix too.

I was primarily speaking about today, not over a hundred years ago. I don't recall reading about the US, Canada, GB, France, Italy, etc being involved in genocide such as I cited in the other examples.
