There's another giveaway here (Shell, Verizon Yellow Pages and Superpages.com) creating havoc:

The give-a-way was sponsored by Verizon Yellow Pages and Superpages.com as a "thank you" to the Raleigh/Durham community. They offered $40 pre-paid gas cards to the first 200-vehicles.
The promotion was set to start at 11 a.m. Thursday, but around 7 a.m. a long line formed on Olympic Drive leading to Roxboro Road. Note: The photo is OBVIOUSLY an old one - gas prices are right around 3.81 now...
