Well, maybe you are talking to a statue <g>. Yes, we have plowed this ground before. I don't fault Congress for authorizing the invasion given the information they were presented. If there is anyone to blame -- and as Tracy just reminded us, this wasn't PROVEN -- it would be anyone who knowingly presented false information, or withheld information, so an invasion would be approved.
