I think so too, e.g. use the Win API directly:
DECLARE integer CopyFile IN WIN32API string, string
? CopyFile( oFile.Name, ADDBS(m.lcFolderDestination)+oFile.Name )
(But still any attempt to copy files which cannot be opened exclusively can lead to inconsistencies every here and then.)
