I installed VS 2008 along with MM.NET 3.5 for .NET 2008. When I create a new project, the MM.NET templates are not there.

Also I am having problems getting the MM.NET controls on the toolbox. I've followed all instructions in the help file including adding the Interfaces dll.

Any ideas how I can fix this?
