Neither of them presents a security problem but people in charge may believe otherwise. That's why WSH could be disabled in some places.

I dunno but how does it helps you if something is disable by even one client of yours?

I do in-house development and have control over what is installed in enabled on all PCs. As result I can use whatever suit me best in particular task. Never used PowerSheel because it doesn't come with WinXP and I never feel a need in using it.
