1. I'm not married.
2. If I were to marry, it would be to a woman - unquestionably.
3. I don't see why not 2 or 3, or conversely a woman with 2 or three husbands. Frankly, I don't have any issues with it unless there is coersion or brainwashing involved (and there usually is one or the other). Adults have free will. If an adult wants to be part of a trio of wives or husbands, then as long as they've thought it through and made the decision entirely on their own, then what the heck, why not. The only proviso I would put on it, is that all government benefits etc must not be doubled or tripled. The government can only afford so much and that should not be compromised by multiple mates.

Frankly I think anyone who would consent, of their own free will, to be be one of a multiplicity of mates is insane, but that's my own emotional opinion, and does not impinge on my attempt to apply logic to the situation.
