we have this with some statistic data
the tabel is caled stat0
ther is another stat1 stat2....
in the querry we run with some code thouth the tables
befor the programstart we check witch tabel has data and put this in some variable to make browse and sql faster.
that is the cheapest version. Native VFP

in some clients we put year one in stat1 year 2 in stat2 ....

option 2
there is this server software avantage get a demo copy you can uplod vfp data and there is no tabele limit but you have to change a lot in your code.
there is a licence fee !!!! for the client side
depends on you customers
we took version 1 was OK for us.
