We have a windows 2003 server. I am trying to created some virtual directories to some shared drives. When creating this virtual dir, I choose "A shared located on another computer", I connect with a UID and PW. When I am finished in IIS, I can see the files in this share displayed in IIS.

The problem is that when I enter the address in my browser, I get an error in the browser "The page cannot be displayed".

What might my problem be? When I create virtual dirs to a local drive, everything works as expected.

Could the account I'm using not be valid on the share I'm connecting to?
