But, if you wish to go back in time, you have various tools. For monitoring purposes, such as learning, I would recommend using the calendar from the top toolbar as it allows you to filter the message on a daily basis. You can also use the time warp functionality on the left side, to go back in time. Then, the search can be used for specific searches when you are looking for specific content. But, with your subscription, you can define the Agent in your account to retrieve important messages for you. There are some choices. It depends on your needs.
