Article is total rubish;

Outlook/opinion backdated some 30 years, paranoyia runnin' high, cheap patriotism, cheap shot at undesired candidate (Obama) and again cheap
back padding to prefered candidate (McCain).

In few words - total cr@p!

If there was not for 9/11, wars etc, and state of mind that accompany all this, I don't believe anybody in his right mind would ever buy into this.

It would be like if some retired Russian politician(or general) from 60-ies lamented on how new demcratic forces in Russia, being unpatriotic are damaging Russia defence/power by 'weakness', and called back on spirits of Hrusciov, Cernienko, Andropov etc. to make it better...

In Russia nowdays, these kind of hard-lining turbo-patriots are not more then holliday decoration. They parade every 1st of may, with their old brass, mustashes & untrimmed eyebrows, but that is about it. Come 2nd
of May, and they all go back to their quiet daily sanctuaries.

He is showing his ideological (bit)roots right here talking about Gore;

QUOTE
...This happy development continued into the 2000 campaign, when the Democratic candidate – Vice President Gore – championed a freedom-focused foreign policy, confident of America's moral responsibilities in the world, and unafraid to use our military power. He pledged to increase the defense budget by $50 billion more than his Republican opponent – and, to the dismay of the Democratic left, made sure that the party's platform endorsed a national missile defense.
ENQUOTE

And here;
QUOTE
Mr. Obama has said that in proposing this, he is following in the footsteps of Reagan and JFK. But Kennedy never met with Castro, and Reagan never met with Khomeini. And can anyone imagine Presidents Kennedy or Reagan sitting down unconditionally with Ahmadinejad or Chavez ? I certainly cannot.

If a president ever embraced our worst enemies in this way, he would strengthen them and undermine our most steadfast allies.
ENDQUOTE

Just like those Russian old brass;
This guy would probably pi$$ in his pants from happiness, if new cold-war
just broke out, US was building 100ds of new and bigger nuclear rockets.
(Now, if they were aimed at Iran instead of Russia, he would not have an objection!)

He is ready for nice Florida sanctuary, preferably having a RUSTER in the backyard.
Coo-Coo-Ree-Coooooooooo ! - Wake up! , Wake up!

C'mon man, where do you come up with these jewels ?!
