Hello One And All,

I'm using the Sedna toolbar, and what I need is a description of each button. Now I know I can use the ToolTips property, but my bosses would like a little more design and flash, so I'm using the ctl32_baloontip class for it. Everything seems to work great except I only want the message to appear when the mouse stops moving and is over the button.

For example, if I move the mouse continuously over the toolbar to the menu above it, a description for the toolbar button appears, even though I'm at the menu.

My question is:

Is there a way to trigger the message display only when the user has stopped the mouse over the toolbar button?
