When my daughter was a toddler, the only meat she would eat was spam, chicken nuggets, or Oscar Meyer hotdogs. Now it's kept in the cubbard and usually only gets pulled out during hurricanes when the power goes out. Although, I must admit that a fried spam sandwich is pretty good :o) A bit salty, but good. Now they have low(er) sodium versions but the sodium content is still pretty high. Perfect food for military marches and physically intensive missions :o)
>I don't get it. It works out to about $3.50/lb. I can get real meat for less.
