When I add a vertical scrollbar to a form that has an image control that extends beyond its lower limit, everything works fine as far as scrolling, but I can’t exit the form. I try [x] and escape, and anything else that I can think of including switching to other active forms but all I get is the ”you can’t do that” ding.

The form is not modal, or special in any way that I can think of. I can only exit right now with ctrl-alt-delete and the task manager.
