Hi
I have a bunch of files contructed like this.
File 1 has dog, 12
File 2 has dog, 144
File 3 has cat, 14

Is there a way to search for the word dog in a whole bunch of files,
such that I then get a list that shows me, the name of each file, that
it has the word dog, and the number next to it?

My ideal list would be
File 1, dog, 12
File 2, dog, 144
File 3, cat, 14
