I think you problably have found where in your account to adjust those settings. As for the colors, as mentioned by the other responses, some of them have no effect presently due to a new setup of themes that will be in place. Because of that, the setting of individual colors will no longer be supported in favor of an overall theme selection as because of new options and related issues, it wouldn't make sense to be able to adjust specific areas. The selection of a theme, such as when you can do it when viewing a message, would be the approach to use.

I still have no timeframe as to know when all this will be completed. The Universal Thread is a big application and its migration to something more powerful requires a lot of small migrations until everything completed.

As for the amount of messages in list, some of them have been reduced to 50 items per page in order to provide faster responses of the downloaded content. For some related lists, 50 has been decided as the maximum number of items per page.
