In context, he is completely crazy. It amazes me that a fairly cosmopolitan country such as Iran keeps a guy like that in power.

I can only believe that our quietude towards Iran insofar as their craziness and supporting insurgents is due to secret knowledge of some sort. Or so I'd hope.
