I sometimes get this when I forgot to log out on my main machine (always on...) and log on UT from another machine. Either directly or on refreshing the first machine this error pops up: probably barfing up checking my machine from lastlogin, IP or something similar. Has been this way for some time, but this old dog sometimes forgets...
