I upgraded to VS 2008 and NET framework 3.5 All other developers here are currently using the previous version of the framework and VS.

We're using baazar (?) software for Version Control. Yesterday I took the latest version of our programs and now I'm having

Error 15 The type 'System.Web.UI.ScriptManager' exists in both 'c:\WINDOWS\assembly\GAC_MSIL\System.Web.Extensions\1.0.61025.0__31bf3856ad364e35\System.Web.Extensions.dll' and 'c:\WINDOWS\assembly\GAC_MSIL\System.Web.Extensions\3.5.0.0__31bf3856ad364e35\System.Web.Extensions.dll'

I've checked Web References for the project and it points to the right dll.

What should I do to fix the problem?

UPDATE. Found this DLL in Bin directory and deleted it from it. Looks like the application compiled now.
