It's out of the question then. Even our city streets have a speed limit of 35mph usually, except for residential areas and school zones which are 25mph. Might as well go back to horse and buggies! :o)

City driving though it makes a lot of sense (unless you need to use one of the freeways to get around the city). Sheesh, at that speed, it would take me almost 4 hours to get to work. (it takes me 2.5 hours now - of course I don't drive it everyday).
