I have a series of PDF fill-and-print forms that all have some common field, like name and address. When the user is running my application they reach a point where they need to fill in and print one of these forms. I can open the form in PDF Reader and they can fill the form and print. I want to prefill the name and address fields on this PDF because they have alread entered that data into the FoxPro application. It doesn't appear that Adobe Reader will support this fillin.

Is there some application out there that I can buy and include into my application that will make this possible?
