I am using RegExp.fll created by Craig Boyd. I placed its dependencies under .\microsoft.vc80.crt folder to prevent DLL hell. It works fine in WinXP and Windows Server. However, recently I am reported that my application hit error "Library RegExp.fll is invalid" in Windows 2003 Terminal Service environment. It only happens to latest version Windows 2003 server (newly purchased by customer).

After some troubleshooting, I got to copy all files under .\microsoft.vc80.crt to Windows\System32 folder in order to solve the problem.

Any ideas why?
