I don't understand. Presidents routinely visit or receive visits from leaders of other nations (unless they are a nation we do not have relations with like Iran). President Bush met with Fox of Mexico on numerous occasions. (I don't know if he's met with the new Pres of Mex yet or not)

If my memory is not deserting me once again, is very common for presidential candidates of Argentina to travel abroad to have talks with leaders of other countries (some times even to city level) as part of their campaign.
