Thanks for your comments George. I've looked up the help file and will study it. I got pretty familiar with the 2.6 version and no doubt there were enhancements so I'll have another study.

I found a way to get the print previews maximised - have them maximised last time you worked on the form and they're maximised at run time. Simple huh?
