I keep hearing that thing about the Mayan calendar ending in 2012. I'm not sure it should be taken as a prognostication. Maybe they just ran out of blood to write with. Did they happen to forecast the year of their own demise?

They'll bide their time undermining him in the general and if he wins, they'll continue by undermining his presidency (hands-off of course) and wait until 2012. Coincidently, that's also the year the Mayan calendar predicts the world to end. ;)
