Such actions ARE NOT DESIGNED to work when someone work also!
You must have EXCLUSIVE access to tables. So No other forms should be opened, NO OTHER user should work.
These tasks should scheduled to 3 AM ;-)
Don't relay on CLOSE DATABASE. What If you have forms with Private Datasession? What If some other user works with tables?
You should have something that gives you exclusive use of tables that shows you that there are no other forms opened and no other user works with tables.
