And I am actually behind in this, as others are moving to VM's running windows only just for those special MS apps needing it. Probably just because I have more than enough licenses for my actual needs... But any new PC I buy will be with linux or I will send windows back.

I finally got around to read some of the articles advertised on UT's homepage, and just found one which made me laugh: Desktop virtualization: Vista's secret weapon? ... so, if I got that right, buy this OS because you can use another OS in it? Why not run that other OS right away?
