Actually, I was missing it, and then I clicked on 'Setup', and it appeared behind the setup window which was not maximised, so I could see the dashboard area behind it. Since then, I haven't had the dashboard at all, and clicking 'setup' didn't help this time.

There seems to be a collision that happens at startup. And, then, on the next refresh interval, it kicks in. For me, I have tried with several configurations and can rarely simulate it. I got it twice, where it was not appearing. But, most of the times, it kicks in at startup. I will do more tests overnight in order to try to find the cause for this.
