It is easy.
As for corruption risks: you have three additional files, so probability increases theoretically -
but not in practice, since the DBC,DCT,DCX files contain metadata only.
IOW, as long as you do not do things like redefining views at runtime (not recommended
in a shared DBC), they are treated as a read-only resource.
