Those are from the stylesheet and are, or should, not be a factor in there. The filter property is only supported in IE but shouldn't be a factor. The frame is not loading probably because of something else. I'll do more research on that tomorrow. In the mean time, if you have IE, maybe it would be better to use until I find what is related to that.
