I have solutions for you:
1st. quick and dirty:
do home()+"wizards\wzimport.app" and you could consider to c&p the wzimport.app into your application and leave the interface and everything else just like it was delivered.
2nd
study the wizard extensively at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/y39y3tx6(VS.80).aspx

and of course nmbr 3: build your own.
