Yes, it was miserable. Today the high is forecast to be 105 REAL temperature (thermometer reading):

Right now it is only 99 thank goodness! I do not remember days this hot in all the years I've lived here. I've had days that hot (and hotter, but dry) in Arizona but it's not the same.

Good news though - this is the end of the heat wave - after today, 90s for a few days and then back in the 80s. Our normal high for this time of year is around 84 degrees F...
