FWIW, VS 6.0 was a nice, smooth upgrade for me. I've been working with it for 1 1/2 weeks. So far, I like what I see.

By the way, you don not get a free 1 year subscription to MSDN. One CD comes with VS 6.0 and you get a coupon redeemable for one more.
