In Word 2007, when saving the file into XML, we can see that an image in it gets encoded. This is based on a 76 characters per line. I am trying to know what kind of encoding is that. I need to replace an XML file with a new image and the proper encoding is needed. I have trying all kinds of encoding so far and I just cannot find which one would generate a 76 characters per line content. Anyone knows more about it?
