YOu probably can tweak the work load in such a way that you can work 1 Day at home and deliver 4 days in a 3 day span if you stay over for 2 nights. In a similar gig I was "there" tue - thur, on the weekend looked over the work done in the previous week, added some omments / tasks and sent them to be read Mo.

Unless you can work commuting you will be more productive since your "on site" days are long.
