I've used VFP's setup wizard to create a network install of my application. When I copy the files to a network directory and run setup.exe (from the network) to install the app. on my local drive, the app's .EXE file doesn't always get updated. A static .DBF/.CDX file that I send don't either. They are not marked readonly. If I erase them and then run the setup everything works okay.

I thought maybe this was a VFP quirk but recently we switched to InstallShield and I'm getting the same thing. What am I missing here?
