I agree, however, to be precise, OPEC was indeed formed as a CARTEL. It wasn't the U.S. that started referring to OPEC as a cartel. It really is a cartel.

We all have choices we have made in the past and more to make in the future and we have to live with those decisions. If one insists on living an hour car ride from their job, that's their choice. No one forced them into it and no one is forcing them to stay. Everyone must weigh their options, make a decision and live with the consequences.
