John, I have bee using SEE email DLL and it have worked OK. I have it in more than 500 clients with Windows 98, 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista.
The only issuse is when sending HTML messages with some headers. I would advise you to clean the headers of the HTML code before sending it (leave only the minumun headers).

The documentation is good and the sample programs are really great. Samples are for VFP, C, COBAL, Fortran, Basic etc. I was able to get all three running in no time. They have only one DLL for each (FTP, eMail...) and supply sample programs for just about every language for that DLL. The download versions are full featured. (A message box pops up when you 1st call it.) The price is very reasonable at $105 for the FTP and eMail and $55 for the dialer for developer licenses. My only worry is will these things work over time or will my customers crash? Any and all comments are very appreciated.
