I have tested under your account and everything appears ok. I suspect there is some kind of corruption with the cache. I would recommend clearing the temporary files and see if that helps. If not, I would try disabling third party tools that affect security such as McAfee and Norton. I would do that temporary if you have them installed. If nothing is found at that level, I would recommend installing temporary another browser, for example Firefox. At this point, we need to isolate the problem. If you have another PC you could test with, that would also be additional information to know.
